PYMNTS reports that Revolut received conditional OCC approval to form Revolut Bank US, N.A. Revolut's primary announcement and the OCC register confirm the milestone. The proposed bank still requires FDIC, Federal Reserve and final OCC approvals; Revolut says it is targeting a 2027 launch and would offer loans, cards, FDIC-insured deposits, stablecoins and crypto access only after all required approvals.

CoinDesk reports that Revolut began rolling out EURR to a selected customer group in Denmark, Poland and Portugal before a broader retail-app integration. The MiCA-compliant token is legally issued by Stripe-owned Bridge, is redeemable at one euro, and has contracts on Ethereum and Polygon. Bridge's reserve page showed 374 EURR in circulation backed by EUR 374 of cash deposits at publication time.

The Paypers reports that Revolut obtained a full French banking licence from the ECB following a joint review with the ACPR. The new French entity is intended to serve Western Europe alongside Revolut Bank UAB in Lithuania; Revolut says it plans to invest more than EUR1 billion in the region, hire more than 600 people and establish its Paris headquarters by 2027.
