LONDON, UK — September 29 — Checkout.com, a leading global digital payments company, today announced that it has reached $750m in annualised net revenue, growing 28% year-over-year on a trailing 12-month basis. At a group level, the company’s total payment volume is expected to reach $480bn for full-year 2026. Checkout.com continues to be profitable year to date and expects to achieve c.$150m in Adjusted EBITDA for full-year 2026, with expanding profit margins.

With strong free cash flow, Checkout.com is investing into new products and segments. Beyond its core acquiring business, the company will expand its money management capabilities with more Business Account features and continued investment in Payouts and Issuing. It will scale its Platforms solution to serve the growth of ISV, SaaS and marketplaces globally, and accelerate its AI strategy, from agentic payment optimization to agentic commerce and agent payments.

Checkout.com now serves over 1,700 enterprise merchants and has announced recent partnerships with enterprise digital brands Microsoft, Spotify, and Best Buy. In the last 12 months, the company has announced and deepened partnerships with brands including HelloFresh, eBay, Freenow, Uber, Pinterest, Vinted, Klarna, ASOS, and Sony.

Headquartered in London with 2,300 employees worldwide, Checkout.com is increasing its investment both in the UK and internationally. It operates across 56 countries with 10 acquiring licenses and recently announced the US as its fastest growing region, with processing volumes growing over 120% year to date. Checkout.com is also operational with its MALPB charter, enabling direct acquiring in the US – a market which now accounts for 20% of the company’s payment volumes, up from 15% the year before.
