Fiserv Reports Second Quarter 2026 Results

Fiserv reported second-quarter GAAP revenue of $5.29 billion, down 4% year over year, with Merchant Solutions revenue down 1% and Financial Solutions revenue down 8%. Adjusted revenue fell 4% to $4.96 billion, organic revenue fell 5%, adjusted EPS fell 26% to $1.84 and adjusted operating margin declined to 31.8%. Fiserv reduced its 2026 organic-revenue outlook to negative 1% to flat and its adjusted-EPS outlook to $7.20-$7.40.
