Montevideo, Uruguay – October 1, 2026 – dLocal (NASDAQ: DLO), the leading cross-border payment platform connecting global merchants to emerging markets, today announced a collaboration to provide local-currency card payments in Brazil, Mexico, Colombia and Chile for LinkedIn members. By enabling more localized payment capabilities, LinkedIn can reach and better serve its growing community of professionals across the region.

For global platforms operating across a diverse set of markets –such as those in Latin America–, currency mismatches, unfamiliar checkout steps and declined payments are often the last thing standing between a user and a completed transaction, a cost that stays hidden until a business looks closely at where its checkout is losing people.

This setup also carries the operational weight of scaling across markets, currency rules, local acquiring relationships and compliance requirements, which typically slows other global platforms down when they expand into new countries. dLocal reduces the complexity for companies like LinkedIn by handling it once, at the infrastructure level, rather than rebuilt market by market as the partnership grows.

“LinkedIn’s mission is to create economic opportunities for professionals everywhere. In Latin America, and in every market we operate, the payment experience needs to feel local, not imported. Working with dLocal helps us reduce friction at checkout and better support how our users want to pay, one with ease and simplicity of local card acceptance," said Suhil Srinivas, Head of Product for Commerce & Go-To-Market Platform at LinkedIn. “Working with dLocal gives our members in Latin America exactly that, and it’s a meaningful part of making sure more professionals across the region can fully participate in what LinkedIn offers.”

“Economies in markets of the future shift quickly, and for global platforms, that volatility is exactly where payment infrastructure either holds up or breaks down," said Bianca Carozzo, SVP of Account Management and Global Partnerships at dLocal. “LinkedIn’s ambition to reach professionals across a region as varied as Latin America is precisely the kind of scale we exist to support, and expanding access to local payment methods is, in its own way, a form of financial inclusion. This is only the starting point, and we expect the two companies to extend this footprint across the region.”1
