dLocal announced dMoRe, a Merchant of Record service built on its local payment infrastructure for global companies entering emerging markets, initially in gaming and SaaS. Acting as local seller of record, dMoRe combines a legal and tax framework with local banking connections, payment methods and compliance teams. dLocal says the service can shorten market entry from as long as a year to as little as eight weeks.
